Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy

All uninstalled merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be refunded within 5 calendar days (for US Continental orders) or within 10 calendar days (for International or US military installation orders) from the original invoice date. All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, i.e. Packaging intact, hair unprocessed, weft and hair length uncut etc. Customers must inform Posh Lady Hair of any order discrepancy within 5 calendar days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Lady Posh Hair SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – LadyPoshHair.com offers our customers 7 (for US Continental orders) or within 14 days (for International or US military installation orders) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases.

Canceling an Order

You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call {352-396-9601} during normal business hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-3 business days. We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Although we provide a 100% hassle free return policy, considering the nature of our business, we would absolutely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.
Each purchase is unique and has extenuating circumstances. Please contact our customer service first to resolve any discrepancies. If for any reason you must return your hair purchase, we will not be responsible for any returned package lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensation. All returned packages must be insured. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges.

Privacy Policy

Posh Lady Hair is the sole owner of the information that is collected on this site. We do not, and will not sell, or share in any way, any information to any outside parties, except those outlined in this policy. We collect information from the customer(s) to process their order(s). We also use this information to inform the customer(s) about relevant issues regarding their account. We collect information that is relevant to processing orders and other topics related to this. Information that we collect includes but is not limited to name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and credit/debit card information for your payment. Your contact information is also used to send notification to you regarding promotions.

Shipping Information

Hair is typically shipped within 5-8 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. This could be anywhere from 5-2 days before your order is due to be delivered. During holiday season, shipping may take a day longer but all customers will be notified of any delays.
ALL OF OUR ORDERS ARE SENT WITHOUT SIGNATURE UNLESS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER. Please leave a note if you require a signature. We will not be held responsible for packages with confirmed delivery status.
FOR OUR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS IN ORDER TO CLEAR YOUR ITEMS

Refunds

Due to the nature of our business we only accept exchanges within 5 days of receiving it. All hair MUST be returned in original packaging (including bundle tie). If hair has been tampered with such as combed, washed, or installed all refund guarantees will be voided.
